About Green Action Utah
for Environmental and Social Justice
Green Action Utah for Environmental and Social Justice Program has been formed and implemented as a program of Blue Sky Institute, an educational non-profit based in Utah.
The GAU will focus on environmental and social justice issues in an effort to draw people of all political persuasions to work collectively on issues that are important to Utahns. It is through the work on these issues that hopefully citizens will come to realize that a change in local action as well as in electoral politics must happen to help effect change.
We embrace the ten key green values and We are active in the national and global Green movement that has created Green Parties in over 100 countries.
Through the grassroots work of Green Action Utah for Environmental and Social Justice, the people will be empowered to effect change in the areas of alternative energy, sustainable economics, and human needs issues to ensure a healthier and more viable Utah.
